No, I have not fallen off of the face of the earth
No, I have not fallen in a 7 foot high snow bank (although, you never know around here!)
Yes, we seemed to have survived the record-breaking snowfall here in Boston (and if I never hear the phrase “historic snowfall” again it will be too soon)
Yes, I’ve been making lots of things…lots of memory keeping, sewing, projects, a little knitting, a little cooking
No I have not been diligent about blogging about it.
So there you have it.
I am challenging myself to make a scrapbook layout a day during all 50 days of Lent (more on that in another post) so far so good! I wanted to start sharing my layouts so here goes… I realized when I saw Janet’s kit “Aure il aug a Oregon” that I have only made one page about my trips to Oregon. I have a separate mini-album about my 3 retreat experiences but nothing to share in the main memory keeping albums, so let’s fix that shall we? On my last trip to Gearhart, we did a little touring on the way back to Portland and our flight home. I am so glad that we didn’t give in to inertia and just go straight to PDX but took the detour and went to see Multnomah Falls. Oh my word, stunning, and beautiful and really an easy walk to the main viewing platform. Little Feet Digital Designs kit was perfect with all the beautifully aged papers (my favorite kind) and natural elements and, hello…that journal card? swoon! Can’t wait to make some more pages about my west coast adventures.
Kit: “Aure il aug a Oregon” from Little Feet Digital Designs. Check out Janet’s blog and all of her beautiful kits, gor-ge-ous! (p.s. Janet was a guest blogger at ScrapStacks Blog this week! Yay Janet!)
Template from Masterful Scrapbooking Design class: Single & Pretty (and if you don’t know MSD, get over there pronto! worth every penny and loads of great stuff!!!) .
Thanks for stopping by… Lots more to upload soon.
Love this and that memory.
